Hello, There are no more double rooms, but is there a terrace or balcony in single room? not on the street I mean, with room. Thank you!

Only the double room has a balcony.

Are there any ground floor single rooms? Or perhaps one with just one flight of stairs? Any way to reserve one with the fewest stairs possible? Thanks.

Unfortunately you can only enter the room with stairs.

What would you recommend for the easiest way to get to B&B La Festa from Schipol Airport? Thanks in advance.

Taking a cab or uber is fastest but expensive compared to public transport. You could take a bus from Schiphol to Elandsgracht (5 minutes walk) or take a train to Central Station. From Central Station there are many trams stopping nearby the B&B.

Are there any large gyms close by that have long opening hours ? As ill be there for work for a week and need to train after 6 or 7pm or at 5 to 7 am. Thanksss

Could we smoke on the balcony of the double room?

This depends on which room you've booked. In case of the double room with balcony, then yes! The balcony is private for this room only.

Do you have parking or parking nearby that will be secure?

There's a parking nearby called Q-Park Europarking located at the Marnixstraat. This is a parking garage a few minutes' walk from our accommodation.

Is there a bar or refrigerator in the room?

I have an evening flight but checkout is in the morning. Would it be possible to leave my luggage - just a rucksack - until later in the day?

Unfortunately this is not possible, you can rent a locker at central station!

I have a fractured wrist and will not be able to go up a lot of stairs with luggage. Do you have any suggestions? Is breakfast included?

There are a lot of stairs but I can help to carry the luggage to the room! Breakfast is not included.

lovely B&B in a great location. comfy room with great amenities, especially the terrace
brilliant location, lovely Italian place next door. comfy bed, and lovely addition of a terrace which got plenty of sun. TV with Netflix was a good addition. Plenty of good amenities, will stay again.
floor boards in the corridor were a bit loud, no huge disturbance though.

Amsterdam was a lovely walkable city! We enjoyed our walk abouts, coffees and croissants.
the property was in a great location with lots to see and do around us. The bed was very cozy and comfortable and it was lovely to meet David as well
it would have been helpful to have another chair in the room.

Comfotable accommodation in a good location.
The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main areas in the city. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Tea & coffee making facilities were available but no milk. There was a small fridge & a TV in the room. Plenty of sockets & heated radiators if required. Hot shower available.
Very slight detail, there was no soap in the bathroom however Shower gel & shampoo was provided. About 10 narrow steep steps to the room that might not suit everyone but it was fine for us - in our 50’s.
